About the department

The department was established in2002 and it is old as college. It offers both Under graduate and Post graduate programme in geography with statistics as subsidiary. The department has a good record of academic excellence by achieving ranks in both UG and PG. in 2007, we secured 2nd rank MA geography as well as 3rd rank in UG geography. In 2008,  we secured 1st rank and 2nd rank in MA geography and In 2009,secured 3rd rank in M.Sc geography
